Just arrived at the venue for the Metroplex Challenge. Have walked approx 1 mile, still no gym stuff, clearly chose wrong entrance!

Metroplex Challenge NCAA Session
Hey everyone! I just got home from the Metroplex Challenge NCAA meet tonight, it was Alabama, LSU, Missouri, and Nebraska, and it was a really fun atmosphere! The fans for each team were grouped together into their own sections, and it was cool hearing different sections of the arena erupt into cheers at random times!

Florida Dominating!
What does everyone think of Florida’s early domination of the 2011 NCAA season? I know they have a good team (Macko, Alaina Johnson, and Ashanee Dickerson among others!) but I would never have predicted the tremendous start to the season they’ve had! They posted a 197.5 last night in their meet vs NC State and Penn State, which is HUGE! Typically we don’t see that high of a score...

WatchAnother routine from the OU-TWU meet on Sunday - Sara Stone’s exhibition on beam. There is an awful lot of flicky wrists going on in this routine but the rest of the content makes it a great routine! Steady bhs-bhs-layout, and a very huge/awesome back handspring swingdown that was almost more of a back tuck, that’s how huge her set was! Loved it, added some cool flair to the routine....

Oklahoma at Texas Women's Coverage

Sooners Rally over Oregon State, Denver, Centenary
The Oklahoma Sooners had three falls (two counting) on the uneven bars tonight, and found themselves sitting in third place after two rotations, but mounted a spectacular comeback to win the quad meet over #6 Oregon State, #23 Denver, and Centenary in Norman tonight.

I have just been sooooo busy lately! Apologies on the not-so-regular updates. I am looking for new things I want to post in my free time, which is limited, boo.
I think I like this layout a lot though! I will be changing the header (where it just says The All Around right now) to something cooler in the future.

There won’t be many updates this week, since I had wrist surgery yesterday and typing takes me forever :(
